We prefer to deliver packaged project solutions to our clients, with the following considerations:

•     Integrating  our technologies, engineering design and project delivery expertise to  provide “seamless” and “one-stop” solutions to our clients;

•     Ensuring  that the clients’ interests are best protected, by guaranteeing the key  performance parameters and quality of the project execution.

We  embrace and welcome all opportunities to deliver projects under EPC  lump-sum turn-key or EP plus service modes. We take all the risks, and  we leave only benefits to our clients.

On the EPS mode, we:

•     Grant technology license;

•     Perform engineering design for defined scope;

•     Procure and supply equipment and materials;

•     Render technical services (supervision and guidance) for construction and start-up/commissioning;

•     Guarantee the performance of the system.

On  the EPC LSTK mode, we assume the single point of responsibility and  play the role as the general contractor to leverage our integrated  turn-key solutions, integrating the activities of all suppliers and  subcontractors, to ensure the satisfying completion and takeover of the  project, more specifically:

•     Project completed with the fixed lump-sum cost to address the clients’ concern about cost overrun;

•     Project completed with schedule to ensure early gain of benefits;

•     Performances fully guaranteed.

Among numerous EPC experience of ours, typical examples of mega size international EPC projects:

•     Nhan  Co Alumina Refinery Project in Vietnam as one of our earliest EPC lump  sum mode projects which put into successfully commercial operation in  2016 have started to map out the forward-way planningfor the execution  of Phase II of the project.
